We are trying to make WinSLAMM and WinDETPOND as easily available as possible while still covering the distribution costs and at least some development costs. The increased demands of addressing queries, installation problems, updating documentation and help files, and software development have led us to add a third partner to PV & Associates. Due to this, we have also increased the fees for the software licenses as of November 5th, 2006. Each CD-ROM includes either the WinSLAMM or WinDETPOND software (or both) along with all available documentation for the software. The references on the CD can be read using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have that software, it can be downloaded at www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html To purchase a software license, print out a copy of the order form and send it with the appropriate fees (listed on the form) to the address on the form. We will process the order as soon as possible and send you a disk with the appropriate software. The order form is viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader, downloadable from the web site listed above. License Renewal Policy: You are eligible for a free upgrade to the most recent model version if you purchased a license within the past year. You may purchase an upgrade to the most recent model version if you purchased a license within the past three years. If it has been more than three years since you last purchased the model (either a new license or an upgrade), you must purchase a new license. The fees for new and renewal licenses are listed on the order form.
